How does this all work?
Digital Pressings are made possible by Web3 and an innovation called the Non-Fungible Token (“NFT”); technology that allows digital media like art and music to be presented as one-of-a-kind units and collected by fans who love and want to support the creator who made the work.
Each Digital Pressing is associated with a unique NFT written immutably into the Polygon blockchain, a blockchain we chose for being so god damn environmentally friendly. You would have to produce 1.3 million Digital Pressings to equal the carbon footprint of one 12” record. Not bad, hey?
